Acceptance

By creating an account, submitting an abstract, or registering for FAR-SEE 2026, you accept these terms and the Code of Conduct.

Registration & payments

• Fees are inclusive of 18% GST. A tax invoice is emailed on successful payment.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
• Registration is non-transferable.

Refund & cancellation

• Full refund until the early-bird registration deadline.
• 50% refund until the standard registration deadline.
• No refund after the standard registration deadline.
• Refunds are credited via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Submissions & IP

• Authors retain copyright of their abstracts and presentations.
• By submitting, authors grant the organisers a non-exclusive licence to host the abstract on this site and in the book of abstracts.
• Recording or redistributing talks is forbidden without explicit speaker consent.

Disclaimers

FAR-SEE 2026 is convened in good faith. The organisers reserve the right to modify the schedule, replace speakers, or move sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances. The conference is online and depends on third-party platforms (Zoom, Razorpay) over which we do not have direct control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
