The submission portal opens with the call. Authors sign in, save drafts, and edit until the deadline.

The authenticated portal is being prepared. When live, it will support:
- Sign-in via email magic-link, Google, or ORCID
- Draft → edit → submit workflow
- Theme selection from the four scientific tracks
- Multi-author entry with presenting-author designation
- Optional figure upload (≤ 5 MB)
- Status tracking and reviewer feedback in your dashboard
